Suvendu Adhikari said that Mamata Banerjee was charged under Section 20B, 153A and 198 of IPC under Case No. 286/2018, Geetanagar Police Station in Assam, Section 120B, 153A, 294, 298 and 506 of IPC under Case No. 466/2018, Pan Bazar Police Station, Case Number 288/2018, then, Section 121 of the IPC, 153A are cases of Jagrod Police Station. These cases registered on Mamta are registered in Assam.

According to Shubhendu Adhikari, Mamata Banerjee has been booked in North Lakhimpur Sadar police station in Assam under Case No. 832/2018 under Section 353, 323, and 338 of IPC.
