Cognizant has increased its earnings growth target to 10.2-11.2 per cent for FY21. The company’s revenue grew 14.6 per cent to US$4.6 billion in the quarter under review, from US$4 billion in the same period a year ago. This figure is higher than the company’s forecasts.

According to Brian Humphries, CEO of Cognizant, we expect to recruit around 1 lakh and train around 1 lakh associates in 2021. In addition, Cognizant expects to induct around 30,000 fresh graduates in 2021 and 45,000 offers to fresh graduates in India for 2022.
