Kolkata,2/8;:West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee suffered a major setback on Monday when the Calcutta High Court ordered the immediate release of Rakhal Bera, a close aide of BJP MLA Shubhendu Adhikari, arrested on charges of fake government job scam in the state. Along with this, the High Court has told the ruling government of the state that no further FIR should be filed against Rakhal Bera in this case and if it is to be done, then permission will have to be taken from the court first.
