New Delhi,3/8 (AO Bureau): Promising news is coming out after the 12th round of meeting between senior military officials of India and China (Military Talks). In fact, in this meeting, both the sides have mutually decided that disassembly of armies will be done from Gogra Heights area of ​​Eastern Ladakh. This has come to know from the sources of the security system. Sources say that work on the ground will be started in the next three days regarding this decision.

Although there was a long discussion between both the sides regarding the Hot Springs area, but no consensus has been reached on this. This meeting, which lasted for 9 hours, took place at the Moldo border point on the Chinese side. India has consistently emphasized that disengaging in Despang, Hot Springs and Gogra areas is necessary to resolve the dispute so that the relations between the two countries remain better.

The 11th round of meeting was held on 9th April at Chushul border point on the Indian side of the Line of Actual Control (LAC). That meeting lasted for about 13 hours. The 12th round meeting was held by External Affairs Minister S. This came after Jaishankar’s message in which he told his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi that postponing the date of the meeting would have a negative impact on the relations between the two countries.

The meeting of the two foreign ministers took place during the Shanghai Cooperation meeting. In this meeting also External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar had made it clear that any unilateral change on the LAC will not be accepted. Relations between the two countries will be able to normalize only when peace remains on the Line of Actual Control.
