New Delhi 9/8: After suspending the Twitter account of former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, the social media site locked the account of INC TV, another unit of the party. The Twitter account of the party’s TV channel is also accused of violating the rules. In this regard, the Congress said in a tweet- ‘Twitter India’s double standard continues. Accounts that raise voice for justice are being locked. On the other hand the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and BJP leader Anju Bala do not take any action for doing the same picture (as the allegation is on Congress). Remember, truth and justice always win.
Earlier on Saturday, Congress had claimed that Rahul’s Twitter account is temporarily suspended and necessary process is underway for its restoration. He also said that till the Twitter account is restored, he will continue to raise the voice of the public using other platforms of social media. Significantly, since Saturday till now, Rahul has not tweeted any.

Sources say that Rahul Gandhi’s account has been suspended for sharing on Twitter a picture of a meeting of the parents of the nine-year-old victim of the alleged rape and murder case in Delhi. There has been no tweet from Rahul’s Twitter account since Saturday.
