BJP Leaders in trouble for provocative speech

New Delhi, 10/8: The program was organized on the anniversary of the Quit India Movement at Jantar Mantar, the capital of the country, Delhi. There have been allegations that controversial slogans were raised and provocative speeches were given during the program. In this case, 6 including the organizer of the event Ashwini Upadhyay have been detained by the Delhi Police. According to DCP Deepak Yadav, Delhi Police is interrogating 5 people, including senior Supreme Court lawyer Ashwani Upadhyay, in custody. According to the information, all these are being questioned at Chanakyapuri police station.

 

According to the information, apart from BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay, 5 other people who have been detained in the anti-Muslim speech case include Deepak Singh, Vinod Sharma, Deepak, Vineet Kranti and Preet Singh. In the case, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan has also complained to the police against Ashwini Upadhyay on Monday. Ashwini Upadhyay reached Connaught Place police station around 3 pm. He has said that I do not know those who raised the slogans. The video should be investigated and if found correct, strict action should be taken against the culprits.
