Ahmedabad,13/8: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the investors’ summit in Gujarat. During this, he talked on Deep Ocean Mission and circular economy. On Friday, he also launched the National Automobile Scraping Policy. The PM said that we are experiencing the challenges of climate change. In such a situation, big steps will have to be taken in the interest of its citizens. PM has virtually participated in this program. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani were also present in the meeting.
After the announcement of the new scrapping policy, PM Modi also enumerated its four benefits. He said, “The ordinary families will benefit greatly in every way from this policy. The first advantage will be that a certificate will be given on scrapping the old vehicle. The person who will have this certificate will not have to pay any money for registration on the purchase of a new vehicle. Along with this, he will also be given some exemption in road tax.
