Mumbai, 26/8: Actress Rakul Preet Singh has started shooting for Junglee Pictures’ new film ‘Doctor G’ with Ayushmann Khurrana and Shefali Shah. Rakul, Ayushmann and Shefali are shooting this film in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. In Uttar Pradesh, the shooting of this film is being done in the bio bubble i.e. no one can meet these stars except the unit of the film. Rakul Preet is playing the role of Anubhuti Kashyap, a medical student in this film. Rakul talked about this funny character and shooting in Prayagraj for the first time.
Talking about the period of film shooting, Rakul Preet said, ‘This is the first time that I am shooting for a film in Prayagraj. When the place of shooting was decided, I was wondering why this city was chosen for shooting, but when I reached here, I understood that this city is different. The college campus where we are shooting, the university building, everything is very beautiful. At the same time, it shows that old time and culture very beautifully. Shooting was very tiring in the beginning but we have become comfortable. Because of shooting in Bio-Bubble, we have not been able to roam the city much. We are taking all the necessary precautions during the shoot.
