Vaccination compulsory for teacher before reopening of Schools

UP, 2/9: A big decision has been taken to avoid corona infection (COVID-19). Corona vaccination has been made mandatory for all the teachers and employees of Uttar Pradesh. With the opening of the school, teachers and family members will have to apply Corona Vaccine. The Director of Basic Education has issued instructions to all the BSAs. According to the order issued by the Joint Director of Education (Basic), along with the teachers, the employees and their families will also have to be vaccinated. All teachers and employees of non-government aided, recognized, council, upper primary schools will have to be vaccinated. 100% vaccination has also been made mandatory for teachers and employees.

 

It is worth noting that during the Corona period, schools that were closed for several months have been opened recently. Schools were closed from March 2020 after the spread of corona infection. According to Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Information Navneet Sehgal, the cases of Kovid in the state are continuously decreasing. Currently the test positivity rate is 0.01%. The recovery rate has gone up to 98.7%. Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that 9,61,118 doses of Kovid vaccine were administered in the state on Wednesday. So far 6,22,81,084 people have been given the first dose of the vaccine and 1,18,79,444 people have been given the second dose.
