Indian coach Ravi Shastri tested positive for Coronavirus

After this, 3 other members of the team’s support staff have also been sent to isolation. This includes bowling coach B Arun, fielding coach R Sridhar, besides team’s physiotherapist Nitin Patel. The BCCI issued a statement giving information about this.

The BCCI issued a statement saying that the team’s head coach Ravi Shastri, bowling coach Bharat Arun, fielding coach R Sridhar and team’s physiotherapist Nitin Petal have been isolated. Because last evening a corona report of coach Shastri came positive. After this, RT-PCR test of all has been done. Until its report comes, none of these four will travel with the team. All the teams will remain isolated in the hotel. They will be able to join the team only after the medical team confirms that their RT PCR report is negative.
