Odisha government announces guidelines for October month

Bhubaneswar, 30/9: The state government has issued guidelines for October. Pradeep Jena ( Special Relief Commission )announced the guidelines. Although the number of cases of coronary infection in the state is declining, the SRC has urged the government to adhere to the guidelines. The SRC said there was a high risk of infection if there was no warning during the holiday season.

The SRC has announced that night curfews will be enforced in all urban areas of the state. Night curfews will be in effect from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in all municipalities of the state. Night curfews have been tightened in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar for Durga Puja. The night curfew will run from October 11 to 20 from 8PM to 5 AM. In addition, 250 people have been allowed to marry and purify themselves as before. The SRC said all other rules for September would be in force when political rallies and ceremonies were not allowed.
