Drugs case: No relief to Aryan Khan, court again rejects bail plea

Mumbai,20/10:Mumbai’s NDPS court has rejected the bail plea of ​​actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the cruise drugs case. Along with Arbaaz Merchant, the court has also rejected the bail applications of Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. Aryan Khan was arrested in connection with the alleged seizure of narcotics from a cruise ship off Mumbai. These three are among those arrested from the cruise ship going to Goa. A case has been registered against Aryan Khan under sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the NDPS Act.

Let us tell you that on October 14, Aryan Khan was shifted to the general barracks of the local Arthur Road Jail after the end of the quarantine. After the NCB’s initial custody ended, the magistrate refused him bail and sent him to the Arthur Road jail in central Mumbai in judicial custody. Where he was kept in Quarantine for seven days.

Acting on a tip-off that a rave party was being organized on the cruise, an NCB team raided the Goa-bound Cordelia Cruise on the evening of October 2 and allegedly seized drugs. Many people including Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested during this raid.
