Delhi AQI crossed 400, Children started falling ill

New Delhi, 16/11: The toxicity of the air of the capital Delhi is not decreasing. The air of Delhi has been bad for the last fortnight, the effect of which was seen even today. The air quality ie AQI of more than half a dozen areas of the capital still remains above 400. In many areas including Anand Vihar, Dwarka, Patparganj, Wazirpur, the AQI level was above 400 at 9 am today. At the same time, it is built between 300 and 400 in areas like Chandni Chowk, ITO, Lodhi Road. The biggest impact of pollution in Delhi is being seen on children and the elderly. Due to the suffocating air of Delhi, the problem of breathlessness is coming in the children.

 

 

Children in Delhi have started falling ill due to stubble burning and vehicular pollution. This morning a woman arrived at Loknayak Jaiprakash Hospital with her 3-year-old daughter. This girl was having burning eyes and difficulty in breathing. The woman told that after such trouble for the last several days, she has brought the daughter to the doctor. Here, pollution monitoring organizations have also described Delhi’s air as dangerous for children on the basis of their latest research.
