29 arrest in UP-TET exam paper leak

UP, 29/11:UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET Exam 2022) has been canceled in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. 29 members of the paper leak gang have been arrested from different districts. In the investigation of STF, the strings of TET paper leak are related to the secretariat. The employees posted on contract in the secretariat are active members in this gang. Apart from this, evidence has also been found of many government employees being associated with wire gangs. These include Anurag Desh of Jhansi, Faujdar Verma alias Vikas of Ambedkar Nagar, Kaushalendra Pratap Rai of Ayodhya Kapasi and Chandu Verma of Jhansi. The team has recovered many important documents from Kaushalendra Rai of Ayodhya.

 

 

This includes the secretariat pass, the food and logistics department’s identity card and other important documents. It is being told that different mafia had got the paper leaked in every district. Let us inform that Roshan Singh, arrested from Kaushambi, is a lab technician. Satyaprakash Singh, arrested from Prayagraj, is a government teacher. While Kaushalendra, arrested from Lucknow, is a contractual employee of the Secretariat. ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar told that a trap was laid to keep an eye on the copying mafia and solver gang to prevent any disturbance in the examination. On the basis of informers and intelligence inputs, 26 people have been arrested since Saturday night.
