Bhubaneswar, 17/12: In a major development, the 27th meeting of the 27th meeting of the High-Level Clearance Authority (HLCA) has approved Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel’s (AM/NS) proposal today to set up a 24 MTPA integrated Steel Plant at Mahakalpara block of Kendrapara district against an investment of INR 1,02,275 crore.The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
This project will generate 16000 direct employment opportunities in the state.
