Case registered against Samajwadi Party

UP, 17/1: The recognition of the Samajwadi Party may be in danger. A public interest litigation has been filed in the Supreme Court to end the party’s recognition. This petition has been filed by BJP leader and Supreme Court lawyer Ashwani Kumar Upadhyay. It has been said in the petition that the Samajwadi Party has violated the directions of the Supreme Court by giving ticket to a gangster Nahid Hasan in Kairana. Let us inform that in February 2021, the UP Police took action against Nahid Hasan, his mother Tabassum and 38 others under the Gangster Act. Since then he was on the run.

 

 

 

 

On Saturday, SP MLA Nasir Hasan, who was absconding in the Gangster Act, surrendered in the Kairana court. Nahid’s mother Tabassum has been an MP from this area. In January last year, Hasan surrendered in the court. After that he was in jail for about a month. Later he got bail.
