New Delhi, 23/1: Shuttler PV Sindhu, performing brilliantly, won the title of Syed Modi International Badminton Tournament on Sunday. Sindhu, a two-time Olympic medalist, defeated compatriot Malvika Bansod in straight games in the title match. Sindhu has won the title of this tournament for the second time in her career. She defeated Malvika 21-13, 21-16 in the final.
In the final played in Lucknow, former world champion Sindhu won the match in 35 minutes. Although Malavika also struggled but Sindhu showed the wonder of her experience. Earlier she had managed to win the title of this tournament in 2017.
