JSW BPSL is celebrating today Republic Day. Due to Pandemic restrictions Republic Day has been celebrated with limited presence. The Director and Occupier Mr. Anil Singh hoisted the flag and addressed the limited audience that we have to respect our constitution and strive towards Nation building.
JSWBPSL is committed for productivity, quality, safety, environment, housekeeping and tree plantation and at every occasion we give emphasis on these Management aspects. Today awards have also been distributed to those employees who have achieved excellence in those categories of work in the year of2021. From every department best employee, best Safe employee, best 5S performers have been awarded today by Management in recognition of their contribution towards overall performance of the organization. 5S Champion for Operation department and services department for the month of December have also been awarded which are Power Plant and Transport department respectively.
Massive tree plantation drive has been taken by all the departments and 11,000 trees of 25 different indigenous species have been planted under the guidance of horticulture department headed by Dr. Sham Gaidhane. JSWBPSL has passion for environment and tree plantation and almost every month massive tree plantation drive is taken to plant trees wherever space is available. Rather space is being created for tree plantation through housekeeping drive by implementing 5S TQM tool. These saplings which have
been planted will be nurtured for 3 years to achieve 100% survival and growing them healthy and steady.
JSW BPSL is committed for greening the in and around the complex to enrich the surrounding environment.
