Election to be held in Pakistan soon

Islamabad, 24/3:Pakistan’s Home Minister Sheikh Rashid said on Thursday that elections in the country can be called soon. He told the members of the ruling PTI that switching parties would do him no good. The defectors should understand this. He made this remark during a press conference in Islamabad, during which he talked about the upcoming no-confidence vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan. The minister said that those who are changing parties and thinking that they will get respect, they are wrong. He claimed that now the country will get “good news”. He said allies usually take more time to take decisions. Those who are truthful, they remain with democracy and their party.

Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid advised political leaders in the opposition camp to stick to their decision as “it is their moral, constitutional and Islamic responsibility”. He is going. He met Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, who stood firmly by Imran Khan. Rashid said about Buzdar that ‘he too is not going anywhere’. Aleem Khan, a close friend of PM Imran, had also announced that he was joining the Tarin group. He attacked the Imran Khan government at the Center and the Usman Buzdar-led Punjab government for “completely failing to fulfill its mandate and bring about the promised change”.
