In a major development,Bikunja Biswal, GRS, Labanyadeipur GP, Kaptipada Block, Dist- Mayurbhanj has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe Rs 5000/- from a Complainant for issuance of job cards. The entire bribe money has been recovered from Sri Biswal and seized.
Following trap, simultaneous searches have been launched on properties of Sri Biswal at 2 places in Mayurbhanj district.
In this connection Balasore Vigilance PS Case No 9/ 2022 U/S 7 PC Amd.Act, 2018 has been registered. Investigation in progress against Sri Biswal.
