Chilika A large loot was reported near Injanpur chowk under Khordha district’s Balugaon police station on Tuesday . According to reports, Bhubaneswar Rath, assistant secretary of Badkul Cooperative Society , collected about Rs 725,000 in agricultural loans this March. On the way to deposit the money at the Khordha Central Cooperative Society Bank on Balugaon Chilika Road on afternoon, four miscreants on three bikes at Govind Nagar, Injanpur Chowk suddenly stopped Bhubaneswar and threatened him and looted the cash bag including mobile phone from the vehicle at gunpoint. Locals reported the incident to police. Balugaon IIC and Naval Outpost OIC arrived on the instructions of the Balugaon SDPO and are continuing the investigation.
