In a major development, On 18.04.2022, Sri Manoj Kumar Mahananda, R.I. Jamankira, Dist- Sambalpur has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine thousand ) from a Complainant for preparing the field verification report for partition of the ancestral landed property of the Complt. The entire bribe money has been recovered from Sri Mahananda and seized.
In this connection, Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.15 dt.17.04.2022 U/s 7 P.C. (Amendment)Act, 2018 has been registered.
Investigation in progress against Sri Mahananda. Detailed report follows.
