GRS, Injana GP, Bhubaneswar arrested by Vigilance In Disproportionate Assets Case 

Bhubaneswar, 26/4: In a major development based on searches conducted on properties of Sri Babuli Charan Padhihari, GRS, Injana GP (Formerly Kalarahanga GP), Bhubaneswar, he was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 59 plots in prime area of Bhubaneswar & Cuttack, which he could not account for satisfactorily, Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. case No.9 dt.26.04.2022 has been registered against Sri Babuli Charan Padhihari, GRS and his spouse U/s 13(2) r/w 13 (1)(b)/12 PC Act-1988 as amended by Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act-2018. In course of investigation, today i.e. on 26.04.2022, Sri Babuli Charan Padhihari, GRS, Injana GP, Bhubaneswar has been arrested and is being forwarded to the Court of Spl. Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
