Mumbai, 30/4: In a big development in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, Chennai Super Kings’ captain Ravindra Jadeja has decided to step down as the captain of the franchise. Team’s senior-most player and four-time IPL-winning captain MS Dhoni once again returns as the captain of the defending champions.
Ravindra Jadeja has decided to relinquish captaincy to focus and concentrate more on his game and has requested MS Dhoni to lead CSK,” an official communique from the CSK said on Friday (April 30).
The release further added, “Dhoni has accepted to lead CSK in the larger interest and to allow Jadeja to focus on his game
