Rayagada: Therubali Village Mandap constructed by Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation during 2021-22 was inaugurated in the hands of Sri Prem Khandelwal, Chief GCS ,IMFA in the presence of Smt. Kavita Khandelwal, Sri. Ashish Kumar Ray, VP(Mfg)-FA and Mrs.Sama Ray , Miss-Mamata Pulaka ,sarapanch ,Therubali ,officials of IMFA and villagers at large.
The villagers accorded a warm welcome to the guests with drum bit and kuee traditional ghirika dance at the village entrance.
The chief guest has offered pooja as per the Tribal culture, customs at the village deity and dedicated a Tube well installed by BIPF for public use and opened the village mandap.
The villagers Sri.Gopal Hikaka, Ms. Sabitri Hikaka, Ms. Laxmi Hikaka, Sri. Rameya Hikaka, Sri.Trinath Hiakaka including traditional Heads praised the IMFA management for such noble work and assured their cooperation to the company.
Prior to this, the guests along with Sarpanch of 5 gram panchayat namely Ms. Mamata Pulaka, Ms. Reena Kadraka, Ms. Manika Pirbaka, Mrs. Susanti Kutruka, Sri. Narasingh Kilaka and Vice-Chairman of Kolnara PS Shri. Haldhar Himirika attended the induction ceremony of the new batch in the Women Tailoring Center and encouraged the trainees.
The program was attended by Sri. Kalol Kumar Nayak, DGM Sri. Radha Shyam Panda, Social Workers and coordinated by Sri. Shakti Prasad Panigrahi, Sr. Manager (PR).
