The trophy was a 12-year singles title. Players from 7 states participated in U.P., DELHI, RAJSTHAN, GUJURAT, MAHARASHTRA, ODISHA, WEST BENGAL. In the 12-year singles final at the AITA National Tennis Tournament in Delhi, Dwarika again defeated Tamil Nadu Prelayam Shriram 4/6, 6/3, 7/6 (7.4) to give Odisha and Cuttack the glory.
