TPCODL initiates the celebration of Ethics Week 2025, strengthening integrity and transparency

Bhubaneswar, February 27, 2025: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata
Power and Government of Odisha, has commenced celebration of Ethics Week 2025 from 24th February. It
shall be concluded on 3rd March, the birth anniversary of Shri Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the founder of
Tata Group. The celebration reaffirms TPCODL’s unwavering commitment to ethical business practices,
integrity and transparency.
The event was inaugurated by Arvind Singh, CEO and Principal Ethics Officer, TPCODL alongside senior
leadership team, marking the beginning of a week-long engagement focused on ethical leadership and
reinforcing Tata Group’s core values. The Ethics Pledge was administered at all Circles, Divisions and allied
offices of TPCODL, reiterating the company's commitment to maintain the highest levels of governance
and trust.
Inspired by Shri Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, whose vision laid the foundation for ethical excellence across
the Tata Group, TPCODL continues to integrate these principles into its operations. Ethics remains the
cornerstone of the organization’s culture, shaping responsible decision-making and strengthening
relationships with stakeholders.
