At least three individuals lost their lives in a tragic road accident in Bihar’s Nawada district. The accident took place on Saturday night when a speeding truck rammed into a car that was coming back from a wedding procession in the Konia area near KLS College. The impact was brutal, which left the car severely damaged and claimed the lives of three people. The deceased victims are identified as erstwhile Mukhiya Pankaj Chandravanshi, driver Dhirendra Kumar, and Ranjit Kumar, who were all in the car. Two others, Durga Prasad Singh and Jainendra Prasad, were seriously injured and are at present receiving treatment at VIMS Pavapuri. The truck, eyewitnesses said, was traveling in the opposite direction and smashed into the car with tremendous force, leading to the deadly crash. The wedding procession had been conducted at Dhanwa village in Rupo, and family members were on their way back home when the accident struck. The accident has caused shockwaves in the community with officials taking swift action to probe the reason for the accident.
