Imported Coal & Limestone are under CCTV Ssurveillance in Paradip Port

Paradip – Branch Transport and Shipping Office (BTSO) of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a govt. PSU ,has successfully installed CCTV Cameras at its siding plots s-9 ,s-11 (allocated for stacking various imported coal ) and s-6 (for stacking imported Limestone) inside Paradip Port for on screen monitoring of imported cargo intra-port transportion ,unloading ,stacking and wagon loading activities at plots and their  review remotely from office .
Cctv Camera system will help in better control of plot management,  avoid mix up of cargo,supply of rakes with better quality cargo to SAIL’s own steel plants at RSP  Rourkela,BSL Bokaro, DSP Durgapur,ISP Burnpur.
SAIL’ s ED (L&I) Sri Subhas Kumar Das has inaugurated the project on May 31,2025 Saturday at SAIL office,Paradip and has given his heartful thanks to the team,the CCTV Camera installation agency and specially thanked to Chairman, Paradip Port and his team and to CISF Commandant for their timely  support in making the project successful.
