Telangana: A 21-year-old youth allegedly killed self after his father denied him to buy BMW car. The incident reportedly took place in Telangana’s Siddipet district. The youth’s parents were agricultural labourers and told him that cannot afford to buy him BMW car. According to the sources, deceased had studied only till 10th standard. He had discontinued studies and was sitting idle at home. He was forcing his parents to get him a BMW car since lot of days. According to the police officials, deceased’s parents owned only two acres of land and earned by cultivating. The parents finally agreed to buy him a Maruti Swift Dzire car. However the youth denied and later consumed weedicide at home. The parents and his elder brother rushed him to a government hospital. He was later shifted to hospital where he breathed his last. Police have registered the case under section 194 (police to enquire and report suicide) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). Investigation is underway.
