Cuttack: A woman has lodged complaint at the Mangalabag Police Station in Cuttack of Odisha where she has alleged that a private hospital injured an internal body part during treatment. The Commissionerate Police registered a case and started investigation in this regard. As per the complaint, the woman was admitted to a private hospital earlier this week in Cuttack after she felt some health issues. After treatment, the woman fell ill. Accordingly, she did a medical check up where she allegedly found that a part of her rectum was cut. Accordingly, she has lodged a complaint in this matter at Mangalabag Police Station. The police have seized the admission papers and other medical papers. A medical team will be formed. The Commissionerate Police has requested the Cuttack District Chief Medical Officer to form a team and conduct an investigation into the medical matter.
