Mumbai, 9/6: At least three to five persons were killed after they fell from a local train between the Diva and Mumbra stations of the Central Railway in the Thane district, which neighbours the financial capital of Mumbai, on Monday.
The injured passengers have been rushed to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital at Kalwa. Officials of the Central Railway, Thane Police, Government Railway Police and Railway Protection Force are at the spot.
