This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” emphasized the deep connection between individual well-being and planetary health, resonating strongly with JSP’s vision of sustainable development and holistic living.

Hundreds of yoga enthusiasts—including employees, their families, workers, students, and local villagers—took part in yoga sessions organized across various locations. Yoga Camp held at Jindal Nagar saw active participation from Mr. Pankaj Malhan, Executive Director In-Charge; Mr. Damodar Mittal, Executive Director–Projects; along with senior leaders, including Mr. Dilip Sinha, CHRO; Mr. Atul Dubey, President – Steel Zone; department heads; and representatives from the nearby communities.

The sessions were led by Yoga Guru Swami Satyabindu Saraswati, who guided participants through a series of asanas and breathing techniques designed to enhance physical vitality, mental peace, and harmony with nature.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pankaj Malhan said, “At Jindal, guided by the wisdom of Swami Satyabindu Ji, yoga has become a part of our daily routine. This year’s theme reminds us that caring for our own health is inseparable from caring for the Earth. Let us carry this message forward beyond today and integrate it into our everyday lives.”

Addressing the gathering, Swami Satyabindu Saraswati remarked, “We are fortunate to have a visionary leader like Shri Naveen Jindal Ji, who leads by example in promoting health and well-being. By practicing yoga daily, we not only strengthen our bodies and minds but also contribute to a more balanced and healthier world. Let us honour this connection and commit to regular practice.”

Mr. Damodar Mittal, also present at the event, shared, “We are grateful to have a dedicated Yoga Guru. With the guidance of Swami Satyabindu Saraswati Ji, our employees are not only staying fit and healthy but also spreading the benefits of yoga among their families and communities.”
