Jajpur: A high-voltage drama unfurled in the Duburi square in Kalinga nagar Shilpanchal in Jajpur today. A man was found swimming in a drain this morning. Locals gathered to witness the bizarre incident of the man swimming in the drain. Sources said that the man was a driver. He stopped his vehicle and got down and then jumped into the littered canal. The man can be seen swimming in the canal and he also dozed off by keeping his head on some garbage. The locals who had assembled there said that they saw the man park the bus on the roadside. Then he got down and took out the clothes he was wearing and jumped into the canal. He had consumed alcohol in huge quantities. The passengers of the bus and several passerby witnessed the bizarre incident. The man was swimming in the drain. Later on, he was rescued from the canal by the locals and the authorities after he lost consciousness.
