Bengaluru, 2/7: The Electronic City police on Wednesday arrested an employee of a prominent tech firm in Bengaluru for recording videos of two women employees inside the office washroom, officials said.
The arrested suspect is Swapnil Nagesh, 30, from Sangli in Maharashtra, who worked as a technical analyst with Infosys at their campus in Electronic City, southeastern Bengaluru. Nagesh has been booked under Section 77 (voyeurism) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 66E (violation of privacy) of the Information Technology Act.
