Bangalore, 24/12 (AO Bureau): Night curfew imposed by the Government of Karnataka has been withdrawn as a precaution after getting a new strain of Coronavirus. On Wednesday itself, the government had decided to impose a curfew from till January 1. But on Thursday, the government has decided to remove the night curfew.
A day earlier on Wednesday, Health Minister K Sudhakar had a meeting with the state technical advisory committee (TAC) members and senior officials for COVID-19, after which Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa imposed a curfew from Wednesday night to January 2. It was announced to keep its duration from 10 PM to 6 am.
