Chennai, 29/12 (AO Bureau): Actor Rajinikanth has decided to come out of politics. Rajinikanth in a long letter, pointing to health issues, announced not to participate in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Election elections 2021.
Thanking his fans, Rajinikanth said that I will have to face criticism for withdrawing from my decision, but I do not want to put my fans in any dilemma. I am now unable to handle health even after the vaccine.
Rajinikanth said that I will serve people without venturing into electoral politics. He said that he will serve the people without contesting elections. He said, ‘If I contest elections, I cannot win elections by campaigning on social media and television.’
Rajinikanth said, ‘I am sorry to say that I will not start a political party.’ He said that this decision has been taken with a heavy heart. He pointed to a new strain of coronavirus regarding his decision. He said, ‘If I meet people and get infected, then those who stay with me will also have to struggle and they will lose money along with the peace of life.’
