New Delhi, 5/1 (AO Bureau) : On New Year’s Day 3,71,500 children were born all over the world. India topped the list. A record 60,000 children were born on New Year’s Day in India. This information has been given by the United Nations (United Nations) children’s agency UNICEF. The first child in the world was born on 1 January 2021 in Fiji while the last child in America.
So many children born in this country
Half of the total children born in the world were born in India, China, Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Ethiopia, America, Egypt, Bangladesh and Congo. In India (59,995), China (35,615), Nigeria (21,439), Pakistan (14,161), Indonesia (12,336), Ethiopia (12,006), America (14,161), Egypt (9,455), Bangladesh (9,236) and Congo (8,640) Children were born.
‘The average age of children born in the new year will be 84 years’
According to an estimate by UNICEF, about 14 crore children will be born in the year 2021 and their average age will be around 84 years. UNICEF Executive Director Henriete Four said that today, compared to last year, the world is being born in a completely different environment. He said that in the new year, the world has to be made transparent, safe, and healthy for children.
