Good News : No More Corona Positive report Required To Enter Puri Srimandir

Bhubaneswar, 10/1 (AO Bureau ): From the 21st of the month, devotees will be able to visit Mahaprabhu Jagannath without a COVID test. Thus the SOP has been changed by the administration. The administration is preparing to gradually remove the corona test and visit the devotees. Krishan Kumar, the head of the Shree Mandir administration, told a news conference today. However, the previous SOP will continue until January 21. Visitors will also be provided with visas from 8 am.

For a long time, the vision of the Lord was stopped inside the temple for the Corona epidemic. However, devotees have been able to visit the Mahaprabhu since December 23 after the state’s Corona situation returned to normal. Not all devotees were allowed to visit within the Kovid cut-off. Those who showed Covid negative reports only had access to the vision. However, it was not possible for devotees from far and wide to test the coffin and see the Lord.
To address this, the SOP, issued today by the temple administration, has made some changes to SOP to allow devotees to visit the Lord without a COVID report from the 21st of this month.
