PM Modi flags off 8 trains to “Statue Of Unity”

Kevadia, 17/01(AO Bureau): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday flagged off eight trains on Sunday to see the ‘Statue of Unity’ located in Kevadia, Gujarat. Departed. These trains will connect Kevadia to Varanasi, Dadar, Ahmedabad, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Rewa, Chennai, and Pratapnagar. PM Modi said during this time that this is probably happening for the first time in the history of the railway when simultaneously so many trains have been flagged from different corners of the country for the same place.

PM Modi remembered and paid tribute to the late former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MG Ramachandran on his birth anniversary. He said that we are trying to fulfill the ideals of MGR. He said, ‘Today one of the trains leaving for Kevadia is also coming from Purchachi Talavar Dr. MG Ramachandran Central Railway Station. It is also a happy coincidence that today Bharat Ratna is also the birth anniversary of MG Ramachandran.
