Mamata Banerjee injured in Nandigram

Nandigram, 10/3 (AO Bureau): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is injured. According to sources, the TMC chief was planning to stay in Nandigram for another day, but she is returning to Kolkata immediately after suffering a leg injury. On Wednesday, Mamata Banerjee filed her election nomination from Nandigram. Talking to ANI, Mamata Banerjee said that while she was standing near her car, she was pushed into the car by some people, due to which her leg was hurt. After the injury to Mamta’s leg, Trinamool Congress alleged that Banerjee was attacked, although it is not clear who is behind the attack. TMC has said that it will complain to the Election Commission about this. Sources say that Mamta Banerjee can be taken to the hospital on the way to Kolkata.

On the other hand, after the news of the alleged attack on Mamta, West Bengal BJP Vice President Arjun Singh said, “Is it the Taliban that their convoy has been attacked?4 IPS officers are in charge of their security and of course they should be suspended. The attackers will not disappear suddenly. They should be caught. Mamata Banerjee is doing a drama. ”

Mamta’s nomination
Earlier in the day on Wednesday, Mamata Banerjee filed her nomination from the Nandigram assembly seat and expressed confidence that she has never returned empty-handed from Nandigram. In this seat, he will face his colleague and now BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari. Banerjee filed a nomination in the Haldia sub-divisional office in the presence of TMC President Suvrat Bakshi. Earlier, he participated in a two-kilometer long road show and offered prayers at a temple. After filing the nomination, Banerjee went to another temple.
