Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh presented his report card on completion of his 4 year tenure

Punjab, 18/3 (AO Bureau): On the completion of four years of Punjab Government, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh presented his government’s report card on Thursday. He claimed that the Congress government had fulfilled 85 percent of its promises as per its manifesto. He said that the economy of the state has deteriorated due to Corona. Despite this, our government has done a good job.

He said that our government is against agricultural laws. The state government has passed a resolution against agricultural laws. If the central government enforces agricultural laws, the farmers will be devastated. 112 farmers have lost their lives in Kisan Andolan. The central government wants to end the factional system.

4700 crore loan waiver of farmers
On the promise to end drug abuse in Punjab, he said that I never said that the drug has completely ended in the state. He said that the government has also fulfilled the promise of loan waiver of the farmers. The Captain said that the government has waived the loans of 47 crore rupees of the farmers. The Captain has also expressed concern over national security. He has said that ever since the Kisan agitation started, there has also been an increase in the cases of transporting arms from across the border through drones. So far, 900 weapons have been reported in India through drones. He said that due to such activities Pakistan is trying to spoil the atmosphere in Punjab. The Chief Minister also said that there is no need to panic from Pakistan and Khalistani terrorists, as long as they are there, nobody will let anything happen.
