Kolkatta, 8/4 (AO Bureau); The Election Commission took the whole matter seriously after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee appealed for votes during a rally on the basis of religion and then complained about it from the BJP. On Thursday, a notice was issued to Mamta Banerjee by the Election Commission. Along with this, Mamta was given a 48-hour extension to answer on behalf of the Election Commission.
Mamta said- Do your work properly
On the other hand, after the notice received from the Election Commission, the West Bengal CM strongly attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party and accused him of selling the country. He said- “You have sold the country.” You have told the national media to lie about me. You have filed a complaint against me. ” The Bengal CM said- “When he talked about Hindus and Muslims, why was there no complaint against Narendra Modi and BJP leaders?” Why no complaint was filed against him? Mamta Banerjee is for all Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians. ”
Mamta appeals to Election Commission
Mamta Banerjee said- I respect the central forces. But I have zero respect for those who are puppets of BJP and try to intimidate mothers and sisters so that they vote for BJP. He told the Election Commission- “Don’t listen to Amit Shah.” Do not listen to us either. But do your work properly. “
