There was to be a three-match ODI series between the two countries in January, but it was postponed due to Corona. Now this series is going to happen. Now apart from ODIs, there will also be a series of three T20 matches. The ODI World Cup is to be held in New Zealand in March-April next year. This series will be very important in terms of preparation.
According to the news of Cricinfo, however, an official announcement in this regard is yet to be made by Cricket Australia (CA). But Australian fast bowler Megal Shut said in a program that we have to play the series against India in the middle of September. Before this, many camps will also be held. Before this, the Indian team will enter England in June, where they have to play a series of one Test, three ODIs and three T20 matches. The team will play the Test after 7 years.
Five players will stay in England
India and England series will end on July 15. The Hundred is being organized for the first time on behalf of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). In comparison, it will be from 21 July to 21 August. Five women players Smriti Mandhana, Harmanpreet Kaur, Shefali Verma, Jemima Rodriguez and Deepti Sharma have been given NOC by BCCI to play in it. In such a situation, these players will stop there after the England series. Apart from this, many Indian players will also enter the Women’s T20 Big Bash League of Australia.
