Now Health Minister Rajesh Tope has said on Thursday – it has been decided that the lockdown will not be lifted completely because the positivity rate in 21 districts is more than 10 percent. Some relaxation can be done in those districts where there is a decrease in new cases. Guidelines will be released within a few days.
Earlier it was being said that the restrictions in the Corona crisis in Maharashtra can be relaxed soon. The state government is considering starting the unlock process from June 1. Initially shops will be allowed to open with deadlines. At the same time, the local rail service can start in the last phase of unlock.
In the last 24 hours, 34 people have died due to Kovid-19 in the capital of Maharashtra, which is the lowest number of people who have lost their lives in one day after April 13. According to the Brihanmumbai Metropolitan Municipality (BMC), the total number of infected persons crossed the 7 lakh mark to 7,01,266 with 1,362 new cases of Kovid-19 coming to Mumbai on Wednesday. During this period, due to the death of 34 more patients, the number of people who lost their lives to this epidemic has increased to 14,742.
Earlier on April 13, 26 people died due to Kovid-19 in Mumbai. Earlier on Tuesday, 1057 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Mumbai, while 48 patients died. Mumbai, known as the financial capital of the country, has reported about one lakh new cases of Kovid-19 during the last 36 days.
