New Delhi, 10/6 (Ao Bureau): The Delhi High Court has dismissed an important petition filed by Krishna Kishore Singh, father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant’s father had filed a petition in the High Court demanding that the films made on Sushant’s life and various proposed projects based on his life be banned. Justice Sanjeev Narula dismissed the petition filed by Rajput’s father.
With this, the Delhi High Court has refused to stay the release of the film ‘Nyay: The Justice’. The film is reportedly based on the life of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and is slated to release this Friday. Let us inform that Sushant’s father Krishna Kishore Singh filed a petition in the Delhi High Court with a demand to ban the use of his name or similar characters in the film on the son’s life or in any other film. : The Justice’, ‘Suicide or Murder: A Star Was Lost’, ‘Shashank’ and an untitled film. These are the same films that are being made on the life of Sushant Singh Rajput. Let us tell that Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide by hanging himself in his flat in Bandra, Mumbai on June 14, 2020. After this, the investigation of his murder reached NCB and CBI through Mumbai Police.
