Patna, 15/6 (AO Bureau): Chirag Paswan has broken his silence for the first time amid the ongoing tussle in the Lok Janshakti Party. He shared some old letters written to Pashupati Paras in a tweet. Along with this, he wrote that I tried but failed to keep this party made by my father and my family together. Party is like mother and mother should not be cheated. In a democracy, the people are paramount. He further wrote that I thank the people who have faith in the party.
The letters shared along with his tweet are those that Chirag wrote to Pashupati Paras on March 29. In these letters, Chirag has written to Paras that after the death of Ramchandra Paswan, there was a change in you. I was saddened by the fact that I had to give 25 lakh rupees to my mother even in my father’s thirteenth. Chirag has written in a letter that I always tried to take my brothers along. You stopped talking after Papa left. Chirag has alleged in a letter that even though you were a father, you tried to break the party. At the same time, referring to the rape case on Prince Raj, Chirag said that even during the allegations against Prince, I stood with the family.
It is noteworthy that earlier a meeting of the National Working Committee of LJP was held. In which Surbhan Singh has been elected as the working president. According to the information, the election of the national president will be held in the coming five days. Now a meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Surbhan Singh and a meeting of the National Executive can be held soon in the coming days.
