Amidst squabble in Punjab Congress, Rahul Gandhi gave 18 instructions to CM Amarinder Singh

New Delhi, 23/6(Ao Bureau):After several rounds of brainstorming to resolve the ongoing dispute in Punjab Congress, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has given 18 instructions to Chief Minister Amarinder Singh. These instructions are mostly on the same matters which were raised by Navjot Singh Sidhu. Rahul Gandhi has asked Amarinder Singh to take immediate action on drugs, sand and transport mafia. Not only this, instructions have also been given to provide 200 units of electricity free to all the families in Punjab. After tightening the screw of Amarinder Singh, now Sidhu has also been summoned to Delhi.

 

 

Rahul Gandhi has taken a front to quell the discord in Punjab Congress. After that the Congress is now claiming that the solution to the rebellion in the Punjab unit will be found by the first week of July. After meeting Rahul Gandhi, Punjab state in-charge general secretary Harish Rawat said that after meeting party leaders, ministers, MPs and MLAs, Rahul Gandhi has sent 18 instructions to the Captain government and asked to take a decision on it immediately. Significantly, Amarinder Singh, who came to Delhi to appear before the committee formed to resolve the Punjab dispute, went back to Chandigarh without meeting Rahul or Sonia Gandhi.

 

Some important instructions given by Rahul Gandhi-

 

Action should be taken immediately on the desecration of Guru Granth Sahib.

 

Start action against sand i.e. sand mafia, gradually the control of the government will end with sand, poor man will be able to remove sand from his land.

 

Take action on transport mafia.

 

Give 200 units of electricity free to every family.

 

To regularize the lands belonging to scheduled caste people, to give stipend to their children.

 

Like farmers, waiving loans of SC people.

 

Special stipend will be given to the students of every category who are talented.

 

Time bound action should be taken against drug mafia and transport mafia.
