Chinese soldiers can’t fight in mountain: CDS Rawat

New Delhi, 23/6 (Ao Bureau):Chief of Defense Staff Bipin Rawat has said a great deal about the methods of fighting of the Chinese Army. He has said that the Chinese army has realized that they need better training and preparation. CDS Rawat has informed that China has realized this after the face-off on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) including the skirmish in Galvan Valley last year. During this, he also talked about the recruitment and preparations of Chinese soldiers.

 

 

 

News agency ANI quoted CDS as saying that Chinese soldiers are included in the army for a short time. Also, he has no experience of fighting in the mountainous areas of the Himalayas. General Rawat said, ‘There has been a change in China’s deployment on the border with India. Especially these changes have come after the incidents of Galwan and other areas in May and June 2020. They have realized that they need better training and preparation.

 

The CDS said, ‘Most of their soldiers come from common citizens. They are covered for a short period. They have no experience of fighting and working in such areas. General Rawat has been quoted in the report as saying that India will have to keep an eye on the activities of China. At the same time, he said that Indian soldiers are very adept to fight in such areas.
