Uttarakhand, 11/7 (AO Bureau): A big announcement was made by the Aam Aadmi Party for the Uttarakhand assembly elections today. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that after the formation of the AAP government in Uttarakhand, 300 units of electricity will be given free to the common people. Kejriwal promised that after the formation of the government in Uttarakhand, all the old bills would be waived. Your government will give 24 hours free electricity to the people. Along with this, free electricity will also be given to the farmers.
Apart from this, the CM said that God gave everything to Uttarakhand, but the leaders and parties of Uttarakhand left no stone unturned to ruin it. There are two parties in Uttarakhand, like grains are crushed between two millstones, similarly the people of Uttarakhand have been grinding for 20 years.
It is worth noting that in the past, CM Arvind Kejriwal had indicated in a tweet about giving free electricity to the people of Uttarakhand. He had said in his tweet, ‘Delhi does not generate its own electricity, buys it from other states, yet electricity is free in Delhi. Shouldn’t the people of Uttarakhand get free electricity? Before the Dehradun tour, this statement of CM Kejriwal is considered important regarding the assembly elections to be held in Uttarakhand next year. The way the Aam Aadmi Party has become active amidst the political upheaval in the state in recent days, after this statement of CM Kejriwal, politics is likely to deepen further.
